Overall, I like the amenities provided by the complex and the overall space I have in the apartment. Maintenance is also very quick and professional, and the staff is very helpful.

Small community, clean grounds, I wish the garages had a code on outside. I dont like carrying my visor remote in and out every time i use garage. The hot tub closes at 10 00pm. I would like to go hot tubing after work, and i late at night.

Every interaction I've had has been great and during my time here they have made several little upgrades to the apartment and the facilities inside and out. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
|Recommended: YesAwesome Place — I love living here as does my wife. We don't have noisy neighbors, things get fixed timely, the management is always very helpful and friendly. The view is spectacular and the neighbors here are friendly when you need a hand. Although the rent is higher, they include quite a few utilities and other things as well.

The apartment appliances are very nice and just about a year old. Everything works just as it should. The rent is relatively affordable, especially compared to other new luxury-esque apartments in the Draper Sandy South Jordan areas. From what I found when searching for apartments, the rent here is 100 cheaper than other similar places and it even comes with internet, cable, and water. Some other apartments I found had more expensive rent with a mandatory media package tacked on for another 150, which seems ridiculous. The views from the top of the hill are very nice, you can see the whole valley and sunsets are beautiful.
My only complaint is one that can't really be controlled. It is very windy in this area, and being on the top floor, I hear the howling wind very loudly. It shakes and rattles my windows whenever it's stormy, but again, this isn't the end of the world. There was an issue where the wind was causing the turtle vents on the roof to clang loudly, but I submitted a maintenance request and this issue was fixed in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Living Experiences I've Ever Had — From the leasing office to the actual unit, everything about my living experience has been amazing. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Triton and would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in living in the Draper area.
