It is a nice community with a great view of the city Would recommend this others looking for a short-term residence with short commute distance from I-15.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartment, Beautiful Community. — I have lived here since December and I have been very pleased so far. I love showing off my apartment to my friends and family. The pool and fire pit have an amazing view of the valley. The staff was up front about pricing and has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable. I would recommend Triton Terrace to anyone.

|Recommended: YesLove It. — The staff really goes the extra mile. They are so friendly and helpful. The location is so convent and my view is wonderful. I almost rented elsewhere until I saw Triton. I do agree with the big pole by my parking spot. It's a little tight. Have learned that it's necessary to pull all the way forward to get into and out of the car. However I love the option of parking in the back if I have a lot to carry.
|Recommended: YesFeels Like I'm At A Nice Hotel, But I'm Home — Very nice pool, very good size hot tub, and fun water sprayers in the pool, Fantastic views from both the pool and my apartment, Staff and maintenance have gone out of their way to work around our schedules when we needed assistance. Everything looks neat and clean- in and out of the apartment, and very spacious. So far very great place to live.

|Recommended: YesWe Love Living Here And Its A Goreous Community — Its similar to most other apartment communities with exception to the fact that the neighborhood is extremely nice... The views are amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to get anything done need be. The apartments are brand new and the layouts are definitely unique with all very modern cabinetry and appliances. We have enjoyed living here more than other places though.
|Recommended: YesI Like It Except The Pole That Makes It Impossible To Get Out Of My Car. — It is nice and new but its still in a construction zone, no pool or hot tub yet, parking stalls are so small with giant poles in them right where you open your door so it makes it impossible to get in and out of your car and you have to pay extra for a garage. Other than that the apartment is nice, the layout of the 2 bed isn't great. It is over priced by about 150-250 dollars a month. other than that your staff is great.
