|Recommended: YesIgnore The Haters — Haven’t heard my neighbors granted I’m on the top parking is rarely a problem and when it is I have to walk for 20 seconds longer so I can’t complain. Great staff to help and the place is nice. The wind can be loud sometimes but we’re on the top of a hill sooo... honesty it’s not that bad. View is great as well. I haven’t had a bad experience here and I just signed another lease after a year long lease.

|Recommended: YesSuch Great People Working There — The views are really great, the openness of the apt community is nice, it does not feel overly crowded, the office staff are super kind and easy to work and the maintenance staff go out of their way to help with anything. Relaxing, mellowing, beautiful place to live.

|Recommended: YesClean, Helpful, And Friendly — It's good for the price, the month to month garage is a plus. The best part here are the people that work here. Very friendly and helpful. Requests are taken care of quickly. I've had to borrow tools sometimes and I'm not sure other people would be so accommodating.

|Recommended: YesTenant — I moved into town recently and really wanted to find an apartment within a clean and modern environment. A friend referred me to Triton Terrace and it was the perfect fit. Management staff Jena and Breanna we're great, and found me a town home as i needed additional storage space. The community as a whole has a really fun vibe with great amenities i.e. swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and gym, and they make a big effort to plan frequent community activities. 5mins from freeway, and 2 mins from Starbucks Harmonds too

|Recommended: YesI Think The Property Is Perfect For What I Wanted. — The staff is amazing and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great living quarters and who love dogs. The community is clean and upscale. No crime, no issues, just a wonderful place to live.
